First. Preparation before work

1. Carefully check the safety performance, protective devices and hidden dangers of the tire shredder equipment, do a good job of lubrication of the machine, and report and deal with the problems in time;

2. It is strictly prohibited to operate under abnormal conditions of the equipment, and tools and other items are not allowed on the tire recycling machine;

Second, at work

1. Wear all protective equipment when entering the studio;

2. Nozzle material, rubber head material can be put in after starting and running normally, and it should be put in evenly, so as not to jam and cause damage to the machine, cutters and motors due to overload of equipment;

3. When cleaning the remaining materials and blockages in the machine, you must first press the machine's stop button, and then turn off the power switch. You can clean up after confirming that the machine is powered off.

4. It is strictly forbidden to reach into the tire recycling machine by hand during operation. It is allowed to handle the blockage in the machine with a (plastic) rod, and it is strictly forbidden to open the back cover for operation;

5. It is strictly forbidden for two or more people to operate or clean up the same equipment;

6. Clean up the recycled materials on the ground in time to avoid slipping;

7. When the operator temporarily leaves the machine, he must stop and cut off the power;

8. If a certain part of the machine is found to be leaking or faulty, immediately shut down and cut off the power and notify the relevant personnel to deal with it;

Third,After work

1. Stop and cut off the power after the plastic in the standby is broken;

Forth. Pay attention to maintenance of tire recycling machine

1. Shut down, cut off the power switch, set up warning signs, and repair by professional mechanical and electrical personnel;

Frifth. Separate recovery of solid waste, keep the site tidy and clean;
