Purpose of tire shredder
Tire shredder is a machine for shredding and recycling of large pieces of tire rubber. It is generally used to process waste or head material generated during production, and is shredded for recycling. A typical example is to shred and break the tire rubber or rubber block material as a raw material for re-making tire rubber products, headstocks or pipes, etc. tire shredder is used in tire rubber recycling industry. Application and characteristics of tire shredder: ● Shred the unqualified products into smaller pieces to facilitate crushing. ● Reduce the volume of raw materials for mixing with other materials. ● Shred organic matter to make biofuel. ● Shred some waste tire rubber material to facilitate reuse, such as crushing of tires. In fact, tire recycling machines are used to shred all kinds of tire rubber, rubber, tires, fibers, paper, wood, iron buckets, waste electrical appliances, waste cables, industrial scraps, solid or hollow materials such as domestic waste. Compared with other crushers, the tire recycling machine is characterized by the strong shredding force of the knife shaft, which is targeted at some difficult-to-treat large materials and high hardness materials. Structural types of tire shredder: The common structure of tire shredder mainly includes two types of biaxial (or four-axis) shearing type and single-axis roll cutting. 1) Shear type biaxial tire recycling machine The most common is a shearing pulverizer, which has two to four knife shafts, and mainly uses the principle of "shear and cut" to complete the pulverization process. The principle of this shredder is to smash objects like scissors. 2) Single-axis tire recycling machine Structure of a roll-cut mill. The machine installs multiple blades on a rotating knife roller and forms a counter-cut with a fixed blade to complete the crushing effect of the material.
