Construction and principle of single shaft tire shredder:

1. After the material enters the shredder through the hopper, the push box pushes the material to the knife stick under the driving of the hydraulic station.

The knife stick is driven by a power system consisting of a motor, a belt, a belt and a reducer to shred the material.

2. The movable knife is fixed to the knife holder by bolts.When the equipment is running, the material is shredded by the interaction between the moving knife and the fixed knife.The clearance between the movable knife and the fixed knife can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt.

3. The shredded material is discharged through the sieve through the sieve, and the size of the discharged pellet is determined by the sieve aperture.
