Use gas cutting to cut damaged bearings, replace with new bearings, and then add high-speed lubricant. The advantage of adding the lubricant first is that the lubricant can be applied evenly inside the bearing. If the rotor shaft is in place, perform the fill. Lubricating oil may appear and steel balls may not be fully lubricated.
