The reason why the rate of tire shredder is decreased

It is recommended that if there is too much fine powder in the material, screen it before crushing.

5. Hardness of materials. The harder an object is, the more difficult it is to break, and the slower it will be, even for a tire recycling machine with incredibly sharp blades. And the greater the hardness of the material, the greater the wear on the parts such as the blade, and then also increased the difficulty of crushing

6. Fineness of materials after crushing. The higher the fineness request is, the larger the crushing workload of the tire recycling machine will be, and the smaller its crushing capacity will be.
