How to add lubricant to the main bearing of the tire shredder equipment?

The tire shredder is a mechanical device for shredding waste tires. Using the shearing principle, the whole scrap tire can be shredded into 5-8cm rubber blocks, so that we can use it later or use it directly.

We know that the tire shredder spindle bearing is the main component of the equipment and the heart of the whole machine. Proper maintenance of the spindle bearing is a good way to extend the life of the tire shredder.

So how do we add lubricant to the main bearing of the tire shredder?

There are two bearings on the main shaft of the tire shredder. When refueling, the tire shredder must stop first.

Clean the grease nipple before refueling. Under normal operating conditions, add oil once every 80 hours of operation.

Regular refueling prevents dust from contaminating the bearings. In the case of multiple dusts, the frequency of refueling must be doubled, and the amount of lubricant is halved.

We should avoid using different types of mixed greases. For example, calcium-based greases and lithium-based greases must not be mixed under any conditions. Do not use molybdenum-containing grease, which is banned by bearing manufacturers.
