If the rotor resistance is too short, it will cause the belt to heat up. In addition, during normal use, the equipment The vibration may cause the motor fixing screw to loosen, and the slight movement of the motor causes a slight angle between the motor wheel and the main pulley to rub the belt to cause the belt to heat up.

3, the bearing appears hot

Fault analysis: When the bearing is hot, it is because the rotor has eccentricity. At this time, we have to shut down the machine, check whether the screws of the lower bearing are loose, whether the lubricating oil is too small, and then solve the problem and then start production.

4, tearing cavity appears fever

Don't worry too much when we have a fever in the tearing cavity. This is a normal phenomenon. Because when we shred, the material will constantly rub and collide in the machine cavity, so there will be heat.
