1. Reasonably control the amount of feed, and prohibit large bundles of materials from entering the machine directly;

2. Ensure that the material is fed along the length direction to avoid lateral feeding;

3. Avoid using iron pieces to smash, so as not to fall into the machine to constitute a serious accident.

If the tire shredder equipment malfunctions, you need to pay attention to it. If the output of the tire shredder is found to decrease, and the raw materials are unchanged, it is necessary to check whether the lower air supply door is in place and whether the pipeline has air leakage.
