1. Selection of raw materials

2.Blank forging

According to the shredder blade drawing, the steel is cut off. Generally, a laser cutting machine is used for cutting, which is not only accurate, but also has a smooth edge and is well handled in the later stage.

         Subsequently, the rough material is forged, and the blank material is inspected and inspected during the forging process, and the crack or unqualified rough material is found to be rejected, and the unqualified rough material is recovered, and the processing should not be continued.

3.tempering

The forged raw material is tempered and subjected to preliminary heat treatment. Generally, the tempering temperature is not high, and the purpose of the tempering is mainly to convert the raw material into a sorbite.

4.Initial processing

For the tempered shredder blade blank material, the raw material is forged, and the rough material is forged to remove the surface impurities. The blank material should be kept as flat as possible to avoid increasing the amount of work. The initially processed blank is prepared for heat treatment.

5. Heat treatment

6.Surface grinding

7. Wire cutting

8. Fine grinding

Fine grinding is a process before the end of the shredder blade processing process, mainly for polishing and processing the shredder blade, and then performing hardness testing. After the test is passed, the wire can be taken offline and then packaged.
