What is the working principle of the double shaft shredder blade?

The material is put into the knife roll whose speed has been set.

The high-speed rotating shredder blade carries the material into the two knife rolls through the claw, and the rotating double knife cuts and shreds the material.

The materials used in the tire shredder blades are mainly divided into die steel and tool steel.

Among them, die steel mainly includes: DC53, D2, SKD11, Cr12MoV, and tool steel mainly includes 6CrW2Si and 9CrSi. It is recommended to use Cr12MoV mold steel if the material requirements are relatively high.
