Operation method of rubber mill

The rubber mill of tire recycling machine adjusts the grinding roller gap, starts the motor to run for 3-5 minutes, and checks for loose parts. After everything is normal, you can start working.

1.Check the rubber block broken into 8-15mm to remove impurities, especially iron can not be mixed into crushed rubber block for grinding, because iron will damage the grinding roller.

2.Pour the crushed rubber block into the sieve bucket, conveyed by the conveyor belt to the grinding roller for grinding.

3.Grinding of rubber mill should be carried out separately. That is, when the pieces with basically the same particle size are grinded to not enough circulation, then add the unmilled rubber pieces to continue grinding.
