YXL plant is designed by SHREDWELL technical team, efficient and durable, to produce wire-free, fiber-free rubber granule, which can be used for remanufactured floor mats, rubber tile, sporting arenas and modified asphalt for highway application or waterproof industry like a waterproof coil, reclaiming rubber, etc.
Pre-condition for Tire Recycling Machine YXL-1000,
Input: Normal passenger, car, truck tires, can including other types of tires in the market, like agriculture, bicycles, etc, the biggest size should be less than 1200mm.
Output: 0-5 MM rubber crumb (0-2MM, 1-4MM, 4-5MM, the size can be changed by
adjusting the screen)
Capacity: 1-1.5 tons/hr.
