1. During the operation of the tire shredder, there should be no magnetic and frictional sounds. If abnormal sounds occur, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

2. Start the motor at no-load operation, and load the motor only after the state of each part is normal.

3. The sieve must be installed firmly, sealed, and must not leak materials, and the sieve frame must be fixed tightly.

4. In the process of abnormal sound, jamming, bearing or motor heating is serious, stop the equipment immediately, find the cause and then solve it.

5. At the end of the work, the equipment is idling for 2-3 minutes. There should be no surplus material in the interior, and the machine must be stopped before the surplus material is completely discharged.

6. Strictly abide by the regulations during the production operation to ensure safe production. It is forbidden to arbitrarily increase the speed of the tire recycling machine. Frequently check the split pin. If there is serious wear, replace it with a new one.
