In order to avoid damage, some materials, such as high-pressure water guns, cannot be used to clean the reducer of the double-shaft crusher. The reducer should be lubricated in time to protect it. As an important part of the twin-shaft crusher, the blades of the twin-shaft tire recycling machine should be repaired or replaced in time when worn or passivated. The multi-claws of the double-shaft crusher should be repaired in time, and the inspection and maintenance of the double-shaft tire recycling machine should be carried out normally.

  First, check the double shaft crusher before commissioning

  1. Multi-point dry oil pump and its pipeline supply.

  2. Whether the adjustment position of the wedge adjustment block meets the design technical requirements.

  3. Turn over and see if anything sticks to each other. After everything is normal you can boot.

  4. To determine the direction of rotation, how to run the test motor for 2 hours without load and check the bearing temperature.

  5. The winding allows the flywheel to avoid dead angles and overcome inertia when starting.

  6. Install the V-belt and adjust its tension and parallelism of the two wheels.

  7. Before starting the equipment, the dry oil pump must be started and lubricated.

  8. No-load test runs for 4 hours. When the twin shaft crusher is running, it should meet the following requirements:

  One. There should be no unusual noise between the stand and the elbow.

  two. There should be no loud noise between the locking spring and the drawbar.

  three. The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30 degrees Celsius, and there shall be no abnormal fluctuation.
