Performance Analysis of Tire shredder Planetary Reducer

Performance analysis

Reduction ratio: Input speed ratio is the upper output speed.

Number of stages: the number of sets of tire shredder planetary gears. Since a set of tire shredder planetary gears cannot meet a large gear ratio, two or three sets are sometimes required to meet the user's requirements for a larger gear ratio. Due to the increase in the number of planetary gears, the length of the secondary or three-speed reduction stage will increase and the efficiency will decrease.

Full load efficiency: refers to the transmission efficiency of the reducer under the maximum load condition (fault stop output torque).

Average life: refers to the continuous working time of the reducer under the rated load and the highest input speed.

Rated torque: A standard for reducers. At this value, when the output speed is 100 rpm, the life of the reducer is the average life. Above this value, the average life of the tire recycling machine reducer will decrease. When the output torque exceeds twice this value, the reducer malfunctions.

Lubrication method: no lubrication required. Tire recycling machine gearboxes are fully sealed, so no grease is required throughout the life of the machine.

Noise: The unit is decibel (dB). This value is measured at an input speed of 3000 rpm without load and one meter distance from the reducer.

Return clearance: the output end is fixed, the input end rotates clockwise and counterclockwise, so that the output end produces the rated torque +-2% torque, the input end of the tire recycling machine reducer has a slight angular displacement, the angular displacement is Return clearance. The unit is "minute", which is one-sixtieth of a degree.
