Motor speed and torque (2)
For the low-speed occasion of tire recycling machine, can only use one AC servo motor? That also scores specific differences: There is no problem in operating the AC servo motor at low speed (the internal drive has a built-in electronic gear that can be set arbitrarily, but it is recommended that 1/50 ≤ reduction ratio ≤ 50). However, there is also a speed of tire recycling machine that meets the requirements. The torque may not meet the requirements. If the torque meets the requirements, then the best solution is of course the first. If the torque does not meet the requirements, it can be subdivided into two different types of different configuration schemes: A) high-power AC servo device (AC servo drive + servo motor) scheme; B) low-power AC servo device + tire shredder reducer scheme. A) In the case where there is no special requirement for positional accuracy, the high-power AC servo device scheme is high in cost, and compared with the low-power AC servo device + reducer solution, the cost performance advantage is not obvious. (We have a customer installed on a large vertical lathe, with its upper, lower, left and right movements feeding, all using AC servo + reducer) B) However, if there is a high positional accuracy requirement, although the cost of using a high-power AC servo device is higher, the position accuracy requirement is guaranteed; and the low-power AC servo device + reducer solution exists due to the speed reducer. Mechanical gear backlash, positional accuracy is to make some sacrifices. The final plan should be determined according to specific equipment, design goals, technical indicators, accuracy requirements and other factors. C) In addition, the torque rotor inertia of the motor of tire recycling machine must be considered. |
