How to remove dust from shredder crushing operation?(1-3)

Due to the transportation of materials and the operation of the equipment in the tire shredder crushing operation, a large amount of fine particles will be dispersed in the surrounding space, causing damage to operators and equipment. A gas-solid two-phase separation must be performed on such a dust-containing gas to purify the air.

(1) Gravity Dust Removal can process coarse particles above 100 UM for pretreatment of coarse dust removal and other fine dust removal. The operation mode is to introduce the dust-containing gas into a large-volume gravity settling tank, reduce the gas flow rate, and use gravity to cause the particles to settle and separate from the gas.

(2) Inertial dust removal can be used for the separation of particles and gases above 5 UM. The dust-containing gas impinges on the baffle of the inertia precipitator during the directional baffle, and the particles are trapped due to the inertia. In order to prevent the scattering effect during the impact collision, a high flow rate cannot be used.

(3) Centrifugal dust removal The centrifugal force generated by the rotary motion of the gas is hundreds to thousands of times larger than the gravity of the particles, so that the solid particles settle along the peripheral wall. The equipment used is a cyclone dust collector, usually at an inlet speed of 10-20 M. /S, the smallest particle diameter that can be captured is 5 UM or less.
