Analyze the steps of the metal shredder

Many of the newly purchased waste metal shredders will not operate, and even improper operation will cause damage to the equipment. According to customer feedback and experience, we have summarized some steps and precautions for the use of metal shredders. Metal shredder use steps

  1. Before starting the scrap metal crusher, ensure that the main engine is stable and cannot swing back and forth. Before starting, check whether the connecting bolts are locked. If the bolts are loose, lock the bolts before starting. Before starting, the reducer and bearings should be refueled as required. When turning on the power for the first time, observe the direction of rotation of the two spindles. You need to measure the rotation of the spindle internally. If an error occurs, adjust the options and restart later. During the work process, the head, hands and other parts should not be close to the inlet and outlet, so as to avoid splashing the body during the tearing process, which is life-threatening. When repairing the equipment, it should be powered off, single repair, and repaired. The manual disassembles and assembles the equipment, and must not knock or smash important parts;

If abnormal noise occurs in the equipment during use, the user needs to check whether the shaft of the waste metal shredder cavity is damaged; if not, it means that there is too little butter on the shaft, which will cause abnormal noise between the shaft and the gear, which needs to be checked and solved in time. In order to avoid serious failure, the user needs to regularly add butter to the shaft to prevent abnormal noise and damage the rotating shaft due to poor lubrication;

3. If the problem of low efficiency of the pulverized material is found in the production process, it should be stopped immediately. Due to the long-time pulverization of the harder material, this situation may cause the gap between the cutter and the disc in the inner cavity of the device to increase. This failure is also a normal loss phenomenon. As long as the user checks that the cutter head is not worn, there is no need to replace the cutter head, just adjust the gap between the blades.
