The tire shredder recycling line is a large-scale complete set of equipment that completely separates the three raw materials contained in the tire: rubber, steel wire and fiber at a normal temperature and achieves 100% recycling.

The tire recycling machine can recover tires in the range of 400-3000mm diameter according to customer requirements. It has strong applicability. The discharge size can be controlled within the range of 5-100mm, and the output can reach 200-10000kg/h.

For different tire characteristics and productivity requirements, the equipment may include:

1. Fully automatic wire drawing machine: remove the tire rim.

2 Conveying equipment: Conveyor belt, screw conveyor and air pressure transmission system.

3. Tire Shredder: Shred the tire into film (50mm-150mm).

4. Wire separator: Separate rubber and steel wire and process into rubber particles (10mm-20mm).

5. Magnetic separator: Sort the steel wire from the rubber wire mixture.

6. Shredder: Shred the rubber pellets to a smaller size (1mm-7mm).

7. Vibrating screen: Sorting rubber particles of different sizes, the oversized particles are sent back to the shredder for secondary shredding.

8. Fiber separator: remove foreign matter and fibers.

9. Secondary magnetic separator: The small steel wire that may remain at the place.

10. Mill: Grind the granules into powder (30 mesh - 100 mesh).

11. Fully automatic bagging system: The finished product is packed into a storage bag or a packaging bag.
