The internal gear of the planetary reducer adopts 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching and has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, high bearing capacity, long service life, stable operation, low noise, large output torque, large speed ratio, high efficiency and safe performance. It has the characteristics of power splitting and multi-tooth meshing.

The planetary reducer of tire recycling machine is tightly coupled to the tire shredded housing by an internal ring (A).

The center of the ring has a sun gear (B) driven by external power. There is a set of three between the two. The gears are equally divided into planetary gear sets (C) on the pallet.

The planetary gears are floated during the period by the output shaft, the inner ring gear and the sun tooth support;

When the planetary reducer drives the sun gear on the input side, it can drive the planetary gear to rotate, and follow the trajectory of the inner ring to revolve along the center.

 

The rotation of the star drives the connection and the output shaft of the tray to output power.

Tire shredder machine reducer: It adopts planetary reducer and coupling installation. It has the characteristics of small size, compact structure, large output torque and stable operation.
