1.Tire wire drawing machine

2. Tire shredder

The tire shredder is a device that breaks the steel radial tire and the fiber diagonal tire into a 50*50mm rubber block at normal temperature. Its structure mainly includes electric motor, reducer, casing, cutter, screen ring, transmission mechanism, frame and so on.

3. Wire separator
The equipment is mainly used to process the material from the tire shredder. It can process rubber pieces of 100mm×100mm into rubber particles of 10-15mm. The equipment is equipped with magnetic separation equipment to separate the steel wire and rubber. The degree of separation is as high as 95%.

4. Rubber pellet machine

This equipment is mainly used in the production line of tire shredders, which belongs to the third process of the production line. It is mainly used for the processing of steel wire separator discharge to make the material reach finer and more pure materials.
