What requirements should I meet when choosing a trash shredder?

When selecting a garbage shredder, the following basic requirements should be met:
(1) The processing scale of the equipment must be considered in consideration of the designed processing capacity and the existing processing capacity. The normal processing capacity of the crusher(also named metal crusher) is related to the type of material, the size of the feed, the density, and the size of the discharge.

(2) The type and type of metal shredder should be selected according to the nature and size of the material to be crushed.

(3) Environmental protection measures should be set up while using the crushing machine. For normal temperature dry crushers, dust removal devices should be used to prevent dust from polluting the atmosphere; adequate measures should be taken to eliminate vibrations; appropriate sound insulation devices should be used to reduce noise.

(4) Protective measures should be taken for the crushing machinery and the process. When the broken material contains flammable and explosive materials, appropriate safety measures should be taken, such as installing a spray faucet to protect it.
