Domestic waste incineration power generation pretreatment

All kinds of inorganic substances in domestic garbage and organic matter with high water content, such as sand and stone, metal, glass, kitchen waste, etc., will seriously reduce the heat value and reduce the efficiency of incineration, resulting in excessive emission of flue gas.

After the crushing by metal shredder and sorting pretreatment, the inorganic matter and the organic matter with high water content are separated.

The material to be charged is the RDF after crushing and sorting. The particle size after crushing is optional between 30-300mm, the size is uniform, the heat value is high and stable, and the combustion efficiency is improved, which contributes to the smoothness and control of various combustion parameters.
