1. Transportation and sorting. Manually sort out items such as construction waste and explosives.

2. Rough crushing. The manually sorted garbage directly enters the coarse crusher for crushing. And the size after crushing is less than 200mm.

3. Magnetic separation. The magnetic separator sorts out the metal.

4. Relaxation sieve. According to the different sizes of the materials, the relaxation sieve sorts the materials into the lower sieve, the intermediate sieve, and the upper sieve. The size of the lower sieve is less than 20mm, usually incombustible, such as muck, broken glass, small stones, etc.; the intermediate sieve is usually plastic sheet and organic matter, the size is larger than 20mm and less than 80mm; the size of the upper sieve is more than 80mm

5. Classification processing.

The upper sieve material is separated by iron by a magnetic separator, and then the heavy substance (stone, shoes, etc.) and the light substance are separated by a sorting machine, wherein the light substance is finely pulverized in a fine crusher to a size of less than 80 mm. Then enter the combustible material warehouse for combustion treatment.

The intermediate sieve material separates the iron by a magnetic separator, and the rest is subjected to combustion treatment.
