What are the main contents and precautions for the repair of the double shaft shredder spindle?

Due to the large journal, difficulty in heating, and long heating time, and the temperature is not easy to control evenly, the following five points should be noted in straightening:

a. The applied straightening force should not be too strong to prevent the main shaft from cracking at the hidden spot of the crack;

b. When the amount of bending is large, it should be straightened several times;

c. The correction value should appropriately exceed the bending value of the main shaft to eliminate the influence of the rebound deformation of the main shaft after removing the straightening force;

d. When straightening, add a straightening force and stay for a while.At the same time, we should gently tap the surface of the shaft with a small lead hammer along the axial surface to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation after straightening;

e. During the straightening process, the bending value of the shaft is continuously measured until it meets the standard.

That is, when the axis is Φ200-300, the bending value should not exceed 0.06mm. After straightening the shaft, the bending value should not exceed 0.1-0.15mm.
