The tire shredder consists of a frame, a motor, a reducer, a crushing bin, a rotary screen, a PLC control system, etc. During operation, the main motor directly rotates the two main rollers via a reducer, and the roller is provided with a high-hardness alloy arranged in a spiral arrangement. The teeth work relatively, forming a strong shearing potential.

After the material enters the crushing bin, it is broken under the strong shear of the two sets of gear teeth.
