What types of shredders are there?
Shredders, as the name suggests, are a type of machine used to tear objects, also known as tearers. The shredder is used to coarsely break large irregular materials into block materials of a certain size for secondary processing, storage or transportation. Because the shredder is simple and easy to use, easy to maintain, and environmentally friendly, it has been widely used in various industries such as power plants, garbage treatment plants, and recycling plants in recent years, and has become a popular machine.
According to the characteristics of the mechanism, the shredder can be divided into four types: single-shaft shredder, double-shaft shredder, and four-axis shredder.
Single-shaft shredder: The single-shaft shredder has only one knife roll. The material is sent to the blade rotor for crushing through the pusher system. The cost of the same material is relatively low.
Two-axis shredder: The two-axis shredder is composed of two pairs of blades of the pair of rollers. The blades are generally spiral, which facilitates a little tightening and shredding of materials. It is thinner, more uniform, and stronger than the shredded material of the uniaxial shredder. It has more material to be shredded and has the most extensive use.
Four-axis shredder: There are four sets of relatively working knife rolls. Compared with the two-axis machine, it is easier to enter the shredder. It has high efficiency and is suitable for frame parts. It does not need to add auxiliary pressing mechanism. The high position blade has low position. The blade has a self-cleaning function. Compared with the single-shaft, two-axis, three-axis, and shredders, the price is relatively high in the same power, and the material size can be adjusted according to the screen aperture.
