Crumb Rubber Applications Scope

With the increasing developments of modern society, there are a lot of cars on the road. Every year lots of scrap car tyres are discard randomly, and it is growing a problem all over the world. A scrap tire processing plant recycles whole car and truck tires into a valuable product called crumb rubber. This crumb rubber can then used in numerous applications including sport fields, rubberized asphalt for paving and a wide variety of molded products. The steel and fiber removed during this process is also recycled into various products.

1.Modified asphalt

The road adopted rubber powder modified asphalt is more durable,less flaw and weather fastness is better than the ordinard road.With the rubber powder modified asphalt,the road could avoid getting soft and flowing or being full of cracks due to the high temperature and cold weather,besides,it could lower the noise,etc.To pave a two way six-lane highway with rubber powder modified asphalt,each kilometer will consume the rubber powder making from 10000 wasted tire.

2.Rubber floor tire

Colorful elastic rubber floor tile consist of two layer materials whose density is different.The surface layer is made by fine powder an dyed to be colorful by special process,and the bottom layer is made by rough rubber powder or rubber granulates.

3.Reclaimed rubber

The rubber powder will be reclaimed rubber after being processed under high temperature and high-pressure desulfurization.The reclaimed rubber is a main material for making rubber product.

4.Rubber product which is produced by replacing raw rubber with rubber powder

It is possible to produce rubber tube,rubber overshoes,rubber belt and tire etc.by using rubber powder individually or reclaimed rubber instead of using part of raw rubber.
